This Replacement Tech-2 is made by professional manufacture and has been fully tested through by diagnostic analysis center. It has the same functions which GM Technicians use to diagnose GM vehicles. It comes with Authentic GM software in the PCMCIA flash card and provides support for on-board diagnostics on all GM systems 1992 thru 2010.
